In 2025, Electrify strengthened its governance framework, supported by an independent board and clear internal policies across areas such as equal opportunities, anti-corruption and employee conduct.

This foundation enables creators to focus on what matters most. Producing high-quality content, backed by a stable and aligned business.

Electrify now operates with a team of over 100 people across 26 nationalities and 19 countries, with 34% female and minority gender representation.

Electrify remains fully remote, with no office-related emissions. Its footprint is driven primarily by digital activity.

  • Total emissions were approximately 13k tCO₂e
  • 89% came from digital activity
  • Scope 3 emissions increased alongside content production and viewership

As content scales, so does its footprint. Electrify is working with partners like Greenly to measure and reduce emissions across its value chain.
