Our Biggest Offsite Yet - Bringing 100+ Electrify Team Members Together in Barcelona

Last week, the Electrify Video Partners team came together in Barcelona for our biggest offsite to date. For the first time, we had more than 100 people in one place. Team members travelled in from across Europe, North America, and beyond, making it a genuinely global gathering.
As Electrify continues to grow, moments like this matter. We spend most of the year working remotely across different creator businesses, time zones and disciplines. Bringing everyone together created the space to step back, look at the bigger picture and reconnect as one team.
A core focus of the offsite was the business itself. We spent time digging into strategy, performance and where Electrify is heading next. Teams shared lessons learned from across our creator portfolio. What is working, what has not, and what we can do better as we scale.
One of the most valuable aspects was hearing directly from different creator teams. Editors, producers, channel leads, commercial teams, and central functions all brought perspectives from their day to day work. Those conversations helped surface practical insights that do not always come through in meetings or dashboards.
The goal was not just alignment, but learning. Learning from each other’s experiments, successes and challenges, so that progress in one part of the business can lift the whole group.
Equally important was making time to enjoy being together. Barcelona gave us the perfect backdrop for a more informal side of the offsite. Long local dinners, great food, and plenty of conversations that had nothing to do with work.
We left Barcelona aligned on where we are going, proud of what has been built so far, and excited about what comes next. A huge thank you to everyone who travelled, contributed, cooked, shared and made this offsite what it was.
Now it is back to work. With fresh ideas, stronger connections, and plenty of momentum heading into the next chapter.
