Our Biggest Offsite Yet Brings 130+ People Together in Lisbon

More than 130 people from across Electrify’s teams came together in Lisbon for our ninth all-company offsite, the biggest we’ve held so far.

Between them, the creators and teams represented at the event reach more than 200 million subscribers. We were also joined by special guests from Complexly, Kurzgesagt, Mark Rober’s team and Create on Purpose.

Much of Electrify’s work happens remotely. That allows us to work with brilliant creators around the world and hire exceptional people wherever they happen to live. Our teams work across different countries, time zones and creator businesses every day.

Spending time together face-to-face still matters.

Lisbon gave people the chance to meet colleagues they usually only see on screen, spend proper time with their own teams and talk with people working on very different creator brands. We shared ideas, worked through some of the questions facing the business and heard directly from our guests about their own experiences building creative companies.

There was plenty of time away from meeting rooms too. The best conversations at an offsite often happen over dinner, during a walk between sessions or while trying to remember the name of someone you’ve spoken to on Slack for the past 2 years.
