We're passionate about pushing technological boundaries and fostering innovative thinking. Our two offsites a year are more than just meetings—they're opportunities to explore, connect, and chart our collective path forward. This time, we chose the city of Edinburgh, a place where centuries of tradition met our forward-thinking theme of artificial intelligence.
Our gatherings are a great opportunity to bring our globally remote team together, creating spaces for meaningful dialogue and collaborative insights. Every offsite has a theme, this particular theme —Artificial Intelligence—couldn't have been more timely. In a world where technological evolution moves at unprecedented speeds, we saw Edinburgh as the perfect backdrop to discuss, challenge, and envision the future of AI in our daily work and in the creator economy ecosystem.
Familiar faces and new colleagues alike shared a sense of curiosity which our agenda supported further through dynamic sessions such as: breakout discussions, a Q&A panel with internal team AI experimenters, and discussions led by our CEOs and Chairman.
The discussions were inspiring—from workflow optimisation to ethical considerations, from practical tool demonstrations to speculative forecasts about technology's trajectory. Our teams dove deep, challenging assumptions and imagining possibilities that could redefine our industry.
With several new creator businesses integrated into our ecosystem in recent months, this offsite represented more than just a meeting - we're not just observing technological change; we're actively shaping it.
Our Edinburgh offsite reinforced a fundamental truth: while technology provides the tools, human creativity and collaboration provide the true innovation. We're at the forefront of uncharted territory, consistently pushing boundaries and creating new paradigms in media.
We look forward to the September offsite and to bringing our discussion to fruition.
